We are an infants school and our pupils are aged between 3-7 years old. Our pupils start school the term after their 3rd birthday, where they are admitted into our Pre-Nursery class. We now offer full time Pre-Nursery and Nursery places. Our Pre-Nursery, Nursery and Reception children attend school from 9am-3pm everyday, where as our children in Year 1 & 2 attend school from 9am - 3.10pm. 

Applications for Pre-Nursery and Nursery need to be made the term before your child is due to start school. Should you need any further information, please contact the school as we will be happy to help you.  Nursery is not statutory, so parents will need to apply for their child to have a place in Reception. As we are an infant school, Year 2 parents will need to apply for their child to have a place in a local school for Year 3.

RCT now use online applications for school places and they will contact you direct, however if you are having any difficulties please come and see us in the school office and we will do everything we can to help you.

We also have a weekly 'Baby and Toddler Group' session on a Monday afternoon from 1.45pm - 2.45pm. This is for any children aged 0 - 3 years old and is a way for children soon to be starting school to come along with a parent/carer in order to get to know the environment and staff. We have spaces in all year groups and warmly welcome new parents and pupils to make an appointment to come for a visit to meet the Headteacher and take a look around our school. Please call the school office on 01443 486842 to arrange a time and date for your visit.
